Product good Filing not

I have been using this software for years with no problems. It’s user friendly and easy to file. However , I tried to file on Feb 9th and after I got confirmation that my return
Was successfully filed , I got an email saying it was rejected due to a problem with your software and I couldn’t refile to the 16 th. I file early because I depend on getting my refund by the beginning of March and now that doesn’t seem possible . I always used deluxe before but realized that I didn’t need it this year,Guess you have to pay for a program you don’t need to file promptly.

I like the feature that enters all of my last years tax information into my new taxes plus the assistance to help me efile

Too many errors!

There were too many errors when using this product. I filled out all the forms as directed, but had to go back during the review and re-enter the data in the correct locations. After updating software, there was a file security error that would not let me save my return. The activation key that I used to enable the software needed to be reformatted so I could submit the return (needed to manually add a dash between 2 sets of numbers). There were other minor issues that tells me Quality Assurance dropped the ball on this version. BTW - after too much time and effort, I was able to file.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Taxes finished before the end of February, so nothing left to worry about in this category!

I use H&R Block software every year and like it and have good results. I like that I can import the previous years return so that I don't have to start from scratch.

The only issue I ran into was the program wanted a State ID number when I didn't need it for Washington State. Other than that, it is a great program!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
