I've been using your product for over 12 years, if not longer. It's a great product. I will be owing taxes this year, but that's not H and R's problem--it's mine. Keep up the good work.

Never again

Used it since it was tax act. Over a decade and now I’m done, it’s always been slow and clunky but it rolled forward my info. Hate that it’s on a PC instead of an app. This time I tried to file my return and it told me I’d used my five free efiles already, which was untrue. You lost a customer.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased early on pre-season sale and very happy. The software was easy to use and worked perfect as it normally does. I have been using your software for 20 years and have always been happy with it.

Easy data entry & high functionality

Excellent in easy of data entry. Virtual forms are similar to actual IRS paper forms, a huge plus. Makes it easy to help friends/family.
