Great Program

I brought this program because I don't have a lot of information to include on my tax return. This program guides you through what you need to add, which make completing your tax return less frustrating, less time consuming and they even electronic file your tax return. Great program, thank you for making filing tax returns easy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrating

I have multiple foreign accounts I need to report on Form 8398. The program informs me that if I have more than 3 copies (additional statements) I cannot e-file. I have input more than 3 accounts in several previous years using Block. Program is useless unless I can e-file.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

user friendly. You don’t have to be an expert on taxes to use and understand easy directions. However; using State return, the normal flow of input was not as easy. It was (as if) a commercial was inserted and no one explained that had occurred. Three screens later the program input showed up and I continued to a successful completion.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast

PROBLEM WITH DOWNLOADING STATE TAX

Am VERY frustrated. I bought the deluxe version (included state tax) but when i completed the Fed tax the display required me to purchase the state tax (CA). i tried several times and have bee charged on VISA. It did not recognize that the state tax was included in the deluxe version.I DO NOT HAVE THE CA STATE TAX!!!

Opted for the Federal and State version.

This was the first time I bought the tax software with the state option. Our state online system is not user friendly so while this cost some more and needing to file more than one return it turned out to be a very good choice. Was very easy to use and saved many hours and dificulties dealing with the state efilling system.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
