Have used for several years with NO issues. I file for 3 friends and self. THIS year the 3 friends returns ALL had the same issue... the 2022 agi didn't match... even though they DID! I ended up mailing their returns with the "reject" notice. When I finally did MY return, it went through. - EVERY time I opened a return to work on it, it flashed a 'update' message! Your programmers couldn't get it right?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

This is the 3d year I have used E-file with H&R Block. This year did not seem to "flow" as easy to complete the return. I am not sure why this was so. Maybe it was that some areas needed a little more explanation of what was desired.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick and intuitive tax software

I have been using the H & R Block Basic tax software for my fourth year, and I like it so much that I am on auto renewal. I really like the price, too.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am trying to do my friend's taxes and the area you populated for agi is incorrect and even when I change it, it gets rejected. Your product sucks!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

UPGRADES NEEDED

1. TEXT IS MUCH TOO SMALL. THERE IS ROOM TO MAKE IT BIGGER. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS.
2. SUBDUED TEXT COLOR ON A WHITE BACKGROUND IS HARD TO READ. I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER.

I've been using H&R Block software for several years now, and it has worked very well for me. It is so nice just to enter the numbers and let the software fill out all of the forms and worksheets and find out what I am or am not eligible for and to have the software transfer all of the relevant data from the federal to the state forms!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
