Servers are down, can't file my taxes!!!!!

Servers are down, can't file my taxes!!!!! This a 100% failure on the day before taxes are due. First time I've ever had a problem with HR Block software. Tied E-filing my taxes and get the error "Bad Gateway". Clearly the HR Block servers are having a melt down. I will not be using this software next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

File problems

Received email from Block saying it’s accepted my return. Software says it hasn’t been filed. When attempting to file I received “bad gateway” message. My laptop is connected to internet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like my title say, it's easy to use, and you can stop, and start when you can work on it.
Importing the w2 for a State that doesn't have State tax seems to struggle with a 0 tax amount, and this year the software told me that the file server couldn't connect to me, however I got notified that the IRS accepted my file.
Weird!
