Overly Complicated for Simple Situations

This program would be much more user-friendly if it allowed me to just enter my documents (W-2's, 1099's, SSA's, mortgage statements, etc.) in any order, and then just let the program put them in order. I think this is called "Shoebox", and this is why we have computers.
My taxes are very simple, but this program seems to complicate the process. I can just pick up a 1040 sheet from the Post Office and fill it out in a few minutes (I do this every year as a sanity check on the HRBlock program), but the HRBlock process takes hours to do the same thing.
Also, I get the same 1099R's from the same companies and agencies every year, but the Program can't find the static information from the previous years. So I have to manually enter the payers' info again each year.
In spite of all these complaints, I use the HRBlock program each year mostly to have an elelctronic record of my taxes, and the e-filing is really convenient.
