Failed to transmit my return timely, overcharced

When I attempted to e-file 4/14/24 at 11PM Est. The program failed.....I had to go to IRS site and file extension......should have used them all along. I was charced 3 state fees when I only needed one PA.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instead of the form 1040 everyone is familiar with, you have a composite 1040 schedule 1, 2, and 3. I completed my return on a 1040 and could not follow along with your software what was going on.
