Pros: Maximizes refund

Could not send to IRS, gateway error

I’ve used this software every year for years. This was the first year where every time I tried to send my e-file it kept giving me an error saying that it wouldn’t go through so then I got everything printed out and put it in the mail and now today I look in my email and you’re telling me that My file was sent to the IRS now.
Great! I sent it in by the mail too. These were errors that said it was unable to be sent. This is not good! Very disappointed will not buy the software again next year.

Just a steaming pile of crap. Use TurboTax if you have to.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
