Software is quick and accurate. Only issue is one should be able to just select the standard deduction without having to enter itemized information for comparison. For most of us, we will never reach beyond the standard.

Overall this software is good. There are sections that need clarification. Medicare Part D has only a space under SS. No explanation or space if Part D is paid out of a private insurance fund. Better clarification on RMD. Needs simple clear precise language. Too much confusion over excessive RMD in the form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Used it before, it's fairly easy but has some annoying issues. Have to delete some info instead of storing, in order to file

E FILE rejected for ???

After 3 days HR still won't file my taxes and I get rejection report which is ridiculous . I have had no problem e filing for the last 15 years with other Tax Software . This was my first and last time to use HR Block . Trying to contact help is impossible
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
