I hit the submit button multiple times, software kept saying submission failed, i received email saying it had been sent. received email saying IRS had accepted. i checked the IRS site for confirmation, your app still says i have not filed. hope the emails are correct or we will be talking

I’ve used the program to file for years. This time when I went to file it wouldn’t submit and kept giving me an internet connection error. Assumed it was my end and borrowed my wife’s computer, purchased a new license since it was Mac instead of PC, and got the same issue. Checked the internet and it turns out it was on HRB’s end. Ended up having to paper file. Not sure I’ll use the software again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BTW: I rated it hard to import documents, but i could just be me!!!!!
