Paid full price ...got software that was not ready

Was very disappointed .. we have a long history with Block and it has been trouble free .. in the TY2023 no so ... could not file until five weeks after we had all the docs to file ... required weekly updates for FOUR or FIVE weeks! Truely unacceptable.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
