In 2023 the software worked fine, but in 2022 there was an error in the computation of the deduction for Schedule A, charitable donations. Your software used 100% of AGI but the IRS had adjusted that amount to be 60% on 31 December 2021. This led to a two year fight to recover my full refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
