Been using it for years. I use each year to file and to create a separate file to play 'what if' scenario estimate for the following upcoming year. Functionality is good and a much better price point than Turbo Tax. My only problem for the year 2023 is that the program installation has a compatibility issue with my new Windows 11 Pro desktop. It would not install the program (I tried everything). I installed the program on my old Window 10 laptop and circumvented the issue by copying the program folders from Windows 10 device to Windows 11 Pro. It worked fine, but it still would not do updates, so each time I would have to go through this process. My complaint is that H&RB got back to me one time and would NOT address the issue or accept that there was one. So what about next year????
