This was very easy to use. I filed my return electroniccally and had my refund 8 days later.
I was annoyed when I got to the end because it kept wanting to sell me a state form. I don't need a state form because my state taxes are so easy to do.

This was a low income return with Social Security and simple pension with capital loss carryover. I don't remember what area, I would have had to research tax law to proceed so I decided to guess. You should have had a worksheet in that area.
