I have been using H&R Block software to do my taxes for many years. It is so convenient that you have the last years information uploaded as you start your latest tax return. The prompts remind you as you fill out the return to enter interest and deductions and other miscellaneous amounts pertinent to your return. At the end you are alerted to any discrepancies that may occur to insure an accurate return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your software is easy to use and I do like the feature that pulls in a lot of the information from the previous year. But being able to e- file the return my is one of the main reasons I use your software, and your server breakdown at the worst possible time(april 14-15) kept me sitting at my computer trying over and over again to file. When it finally did go through you didn't inform me on the computer when it did, I found out later via email after I gave up and shut down the program. I'll try you one more year because I have liked your product, but if anything like this happens again next year, I am gone.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
