The software seemed to work fine. I didn't like the way acronyms were sometimes used without explanation. Acronyms are for insiders, and not having to look them up is part of the reason I use H&R Block software. Other than that, the experience was typically good. The interview approach is very helpful. I've been a Block user for at least 10 years.

It does what I would expect it to do. I've used it since it first started, ... Turbo Tax before that. I was not happy with Turbo Tax increasing their rate, .. so I switched to H&R. It took a while to get used to the way it handled multiple tasks (e.g. Rental Properties, Business(s), etc). I am not fond of the way you handle some of the interview sections such as Income. Sometimes I prefer to access the actual form to enter the data, since the interview process takes too long. But, ...., when I use both ways, the result is not predictable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m delighted with everything, with one exception. When one changes the list of rental and royalty activities, the program gets confused about which worksheet goes with which activity. So it is necessary to delete the memorized information about the activity and re-enter this data .
