I'm an accountant so I don't rely on the program for tax advice. I just use it as a tool to prepare a couple of returns for my family and file them electronically. I compare it to a spreadsheet where I've estimated my tax liability to be sure I understand and agree to what the program calculates. I buy the basic version and don't buy the state program since in my state it's easy to file the return online.

This software was so hard to use, I could not believe it. Yoo had hidden costs that shocked me. So the chances of me ever using your software of services again are slim and none and slim is headed out of twon
