I normally use TurboTax, but this year there program would not run on my operating system, did not want to upgrade computer, so used H&R Block. It was difficult to navigate. May be just to use to other program , hopefully be better next year?????
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

If all I have is Social Security, interest & a pension it would be nice to have an EZ option. I spend more time clicking through endless screens that don't remotely apply to me than actually entering necessary info. I do like that the program pulls info from the previous year's return & all I have to do is update the amounts. I could knock the whole thing out in 10 minutes. You could just let me choose standard deduction to start with & not ask about so many things to see if I have the choice. I haven't since the 1970's.
