My taxes were complete when a final update came for my software. After installing the final update the software was unable to read my file and everything I did was now lost. Wgen I contacted support they could not help me and forwarded my issue to development, only to never n=be heard from again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
