We have used H&R Block Basic Software for several years and have not had any problems with it. It is easy to use, does a lot of the work for you, and the e filing is very easy and fast. The other software we have used in the past was as easy to use as H&R Block.

I've used this software for years. Back to the disk days. I was selected for audit that took an extra 90 days. With all things available in digital format I believe if a return is accepted by IRS and not approved within 21 days you should get involved and be an advocate. My return had low risk for audit.
Very disappointed . I did eventually get my money with no adjustments. Just took 90 extra days.
