For our taxes the product worked very well and I like the the fact it carries previous years data into the new year. A down side is my father in law passed and we used the product for his final return. 3 years to get the income tax return due to the program not bringing form 56 and 1310 into the packet. Even through we checked the final return at the start of the interview section these forms did not print out. Without these forms the irs would process the return. Hours on the phone, faxing the missing forms and actually going in person. It should have automatically pull these forms forward.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It could NOT spot if an ITIN number had expired or not, so I ended up losing $500 tax refund due to an expired ITIN number.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
