Not sure if it was H&R or the government but the software could not handle a non spousal inherited IRA till late in the filing season. The call in help didn't seem to know there was a problem. Finally in late February one of the software updates fixed the problem. If you couldn't fix sooner it would have been good if the call in people knew about the problem and how long till it would be fixed.
Pros: Easy to prepare

This is the second year I've used H&R Block Basic. Not only is it comparatively easy to use, it really speeds things along with the IRS. My finances are not too complex, but I still managed to make mistakes in the past that have delayed my return being processed. This software has eliminated those mistakes. I'm getting my refund back faster than even.
