Still a better on-screen format than competitors - close to that of actual paper forms. I had trouble saving the PDF"s individual- that clumped up into one megafile. But turnaround time was flawless as usual.

Very annoyed you software charged multiple times because of a default setting I had Google how to change after billing kept failing while trying to buy a state add on. Your error message should mention to try that rather than forcing the user to figure it out. Annoyed enough to switch to Turbo Tax or something next year...

Bought the Basic 2023 software in December, and did 2023 Federal taxes. But the software did no catch a duplicate entry of pre paid taxes on IRA mininum withdrawl, and I wound up underpaying my taxes. IRS caught it.

Have used for years. It would be great if the software allowed for a place to put in notes, and then print these notes on the first page where if summarizes you income and taxes. I often want to put in notes about current year and maybe for next year. Currenlty have to keep these in a different document.
