I got a letter from Federal telling me I still owed about $300. Somehow the software only sent a partial of what I owed Federal. The package showed the amount I actually owed but that amount was not sent to the Federal on my credit card. The credit card had plenty on it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program good. Problem with seller. Had to get three different activation codes, as they kept saying free files were used up. Makes me think Sellers are only selling codes, and are selling each to multiple buyers.
Cons: Time consuming

This is a great program for anyone with a fairly simple situation. If you don't have a lot of investments or real estate transactions, this program is for you. It does a good job of prompting you for all the required information and explaining what is happening as you move through the process. If you have all your w-2's, 1099's, and deductions on hand, it's a 2 hour process.
