They did not pay may taxes after I gave them my credit card. It's been a complete hassle for me to get this straightened out. With more money due because it was late.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I've had fairly complicated tax returns over the years, including capital gains, rental property ownership, and installment sale of an LLC. The basic version has all the tax forms I ever needed and the information flowed from one form to another as needed. Be aware that no advice is offered at the basic level, but if you know what you're doing, it's a full suite of forms.
