I've used this software for several years now and it has made my tax return preparation simple. I especially like that it uses my return from the previous year to populate many of the fields for me. Granted I have a fairly simple return, which is why I use the Basic version, but it makes my tax preparation predictable and saves me time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using the Basic software for my family's tax filings for years. It used to have glitches, like you have to go through the Interview to input certain items, but not any more. I tend to input everything on the forms themselves. I like how things are transferred to the right forms without me having to remember to do so.

I have successfully use the software for over 10 years. Every year since I began using, the software imports my information from the previous year. Assuming no change - no input needed for accounts. If accounts have been added, the inclusion is straightforward and easy. The interview approach to input insure that you have considered all of the financial information impacting your tax return. Electronic filing is a breeze.
