I have been using H&R Block tax software for 10 years....and have had no problems in getting my tax completed satisfactory in every one of those years.
A very good buy, but unfortunately and noticably, rising in cost every year!

Had problems this year I will probably switch

I took out more than my RMD required and your program still said I had over $1000 in penalties. This is the first time this has happened. Also, when I checked use checking account for state that I used for federal, it would not work. I had to type in all the information again.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using the software for years going back to the disk days. The current version is so easy to download. The added benefit is the way it pulls my data from last year. With the 5 filings in the purchase we get all our kids filed as well.
