i HAD TO JUMP AROUND THE INTERNET TO FIND A PLACE TO BUY AN ON LINE VERSION. i HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND THIS YEAR THEY MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS TOO SMALL OF A CUSTOMER TO CONT'ACT.

Worked well except the section on RMD’s is confusing with little explanation. Shouldn’t pop up at all when person’s age is less than RMD required.

Have been using this tax software for years and find it so easy. Always happy when my tax forms pass the audit review before I file. Was surprised that the cost took such a large increase this year. Being on a fixed income it really hurts the budget. Maybe you could have a senior discount in the future. Thanks

The software is easy to use, very accurate, caries over much of your data and inputs from last year and is much cheaper than an outside tax expert.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
