This is about my 6th year to use H&R Block income tax software and absolutely love it. Extremely easy to use and very thorough. Thank you.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Seems like the inflation has influenced the cost of doing my very simple tax return by buying the product so I do not have to create the return on-line. I will NOT do personal financial business online and I won't ever use a phone to create or transfer this type of business. I don't scan "unknown" Qwerty codes either.
It's a shame that this very good product now costs 2-3 times what I had become used to. "Back to Basics" would be great in my opinion. Overall GREAT product ruined by "woke" marketing.

It was fairly easy to use, but a little too many questions I didn't need to use, since I was doing Basic. Towards the beginning there should be a way to say I'm doing Basic and will use Standard Deductions. That would save me having to go to sites I don't need.

I've been using this product for at least 15 years, and I've found it is easy to use. My difficulty is the frequent updates with no explanation of what the update addressed. The one time I was able to find which form was waiting congressional approval, it was for a form never used by basic customers.
