Used over 10 years, ease of use

I've used this software over the last 10 years, I had most of the info organized (mortgage stats, income stats), about 3 hours total maybe. Downloaded tax software, input data thru the software Q&A style and submited. As stated 3 hours total, ! hr download, data input and and sent to efile IRS. IRS accepted and half hour accepted, now it is in the IRS waiting game, last year it took 3 weeks. Less than 40 bucks, 3 hrs, can't be beat, I know the software and did not want to learn the so called "fre" well worth the 40 bucks, 10 yrs in a row winner
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

At the start it ask if I used H7R Block well I did , but I had to get a new computer and was not able to transfer all my data/ some of the question should asked me to input but it did not., Litke the sender of my retirement checks, then it said I did not have their right id , like last year, Should have said no prior year.
