I have been using H&R Block softwarte for at least 10 years. It has allowed me to complete my tax return with very little effort, and resonable price. My only complaint is with the section on RMD's from my IRA, which is confusing. Maybe make the section easier to read and understand.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I need to file an amended return. Used basic software and got confused when dealing with alimony. I accidentally claimed alimony paid instead of alimony received. I should have caught the error, but didn’t. I was in a hurry!
