Easy to file taxes when it is not complex

I am not much on trying to be complex about my taxes. The simpler it is the more I like it. This is a tax software I can trust.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

The updates to the software were atrocious this year! Delayed my ability to file my taxes for almost 45 days. Requested a refund as this was not an error On my end, no refund issued

the software efficiently processed my information and gave me every deduction available. High marks for that. Unfortunately after I had finished and was rechecking just to be sure I had accurately entered my data, the program lost my return and it was not possible to re-open it. Therefore I had to invest four or five hours in starting ov er again from square one to re-do the return. Good final product, but unfortunate extra effort required.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
