I HAVE USED YOUR SOFTWARE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE LAST TWO YEARS I HAVE EXPERINCED DIFFICULTY IN LOADING THE PROGRAM. ONCES LOADED I HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT TIME IN "OPENING" IT & RETERIVING MY RETURN.EVENTUALLY I FIND IT & GET IT OPEN.

I’ve used H&R Block tax software for years and have been very happy with the ease of use. Some of the steps can be confusing, but for the most part it’s straightforward. This year, however, I’ve run into difficulties when trying to install the program updates. I’m forced to close out of a return and restart the computer and program to make it work. This is the first year I’ve experienced this.
