As usual filling out the form was not difficult and worked well. I have 2 suggestions. You should allow another page of donations. There was not enough space to enter all of our donations. Second -- I think it would be very useful to make available on request a listing of the actual calculation which determines the tax on line 16 from the taxable income on line 15. It should give labeled amounts and calculation operations.

Second year in a row the capital gains form does not allow imputing large numbers. I had to do a paper copy and mail my tax form. It is a waste of money spent on this tax product. Please have AI code this form to allow large numbers since your coders are incapable of fixing it.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I’ve been using your software for years! This is the first time I’ve had concerns. Your techs failed to properly conduct user testing. You have a fatal flaw that kicks the use all the way OUT! It doesn’t appear that any data gets corrupted, but user confidence is eroded!

I was able to do everything that I needed to fully handle my taxes. This included problems that came up because of unique issues related to dealing with inheritances. The cross over from federal to state forms was also helpful saved a lot of time and easy to do.
