I have worked as a tax preparer in the past and have used a number of software programs over the years. I only do a few returns now for friends but always buy the H&R Block software which I consider to be the best and easiest to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
