I've been using this product for many years and find that it works all right.
However my biggest complaint is the font size and the inability to expand a page.
I'm 82 and wear magnifying glasses.
However, when I need to make the page and font larger it doesn't work well at all.
How about fixing this for elderly people?

Overall a good program to prepare taxes. However, this year I was very disappointed with the new 2.5% "convienece fee" charged to submit my tax payment. There didn't seem to he a way to chose an alternative payment method.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Program is easy to work with and info downloaded from financial company worked smoothly and apparently correctly. Only problem - past 2 years I have received inquiry from IRS regarding difference between amount reported by financial company (Vanguard) and amount reported on form 1040. Difference is QCD, but IRS apparently can't see this explanation on data you send them. Would save them and me time if you could report QCD info. Thanks
