I have used this software for many years because, as a former tax preparer for the company, I knew the quality and how accurate the program is. The reason that I held back one star is that I think the company should offer a product with only one or two free efiles for people like me who never use the five included. As a very senior citizen, 80+, I really had to struggle to pay the price this year which was much higher than previous.
