Good product, but overpriced, especially for long time customers and retirees. I've been using their software for at least 12 years and am now retired. Even though my taxes are uncomplicated, I rely on the software to make my taxes easy to complete and give me confidence that no new law or rule is being missed. But the price goes up every year, even with all their so called "discount" offers. They really should do better for seniors.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
