I would have given 5 stars, but the software kept thinking I was collecting Social Security benefits because I am 64 yrs old, or over 62yrs old. It kept giving SSA errors when trying to file.

My only complaint regarding the App that I usually download (Basic Tax Software) every year is that the fonts are TOO small in the app and there is no way that I know of to adjust the size of the fonts WITHIN THE APP on my Windows 11 PC. This causes me to take twice as long to read and fill in the answers on the forms. I'm using a 23-inch monitor which is a sufficient screen size. Manny other Windows apps allow me to adjust the size of the fonts.

Very thorough and easy to navigate. Clear questions with explanations. If used year after year, your basic data will import and you wont need to re-enter it. Smooth process! Love the quick response from e-filing!
