Okay for basic return

Software works fine, but there is little to no assistance with your return. The "help center" only prints general information and/or tells you to check with the IRS, even if the question relates to interview questions; i.e., I had a question about a duplicate entry and software couldn't point me to where the two listings were within the interview or which form one of them was on.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
