I have used HRBlock for years and all facets are perfect. From bringing info in from previous years returns to computing the taxes to looking forward comments it is all good!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Makes errors by not allowing override corrections

It penalized me for not making a retirement withdrawal even after I entered the required withdrawal. I also have a 1099-DIV to prove the withdrawal was made.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
