I have used H&R Block for years and am again disappointed that I am unable to print my return. It has happened several times over the years. This year there was another hiccup with my return. I am always willing to admit to user error, but I could only correct by going to the form, reading it, and correcting the input your software had posted there. It concerned my RMD. I took the exact amount of my RMD,, but your software insisted I owed a 25% penalty.

Software has bugs. Couldn’t find my old return. Had to enter some data manually because the interview section didn’t ask the right questions. I’ve used it for years and it gets a little worse every year. Time to change.
