I had two issues. One was that I had failed to remove my previous year's reference for an energy reduction expense that caused 5 problems to be highlighted at the end. Removing the reference solved all 5 issues, but I would have appreciated a notice to that effect while going through it the first time. Second, the section where I was asked whether I had made tax contributions during the year, asking for what dates I made those and how much. But that all turned out to be on TOP of what I had already reported, so I backed out of that. Again, additional instruction would have been helpful.

Every year I use this I am very impressed at how easy it is. Never a question of accuracy and I always feel like I have the maximum refund.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
