I bought the basic program (same as I’ve done the past 20 years). I always itemize. This years software has a problem with modifying deductions. The program crashed multiple times and the only work around was to delete the entry and enter the data new. Seems that it’s time to try another software package.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this for years. It's cheaper than its leading competitor (which I used to use) and seems just as good. The "interview" process is straight-forward and well explained. If I could make one improvement, it would be to offer a font-size option to enlarge the text and numbers a little to make it easier on the eyes.. Working on this late at night, they can start to seem a little small.
