Weird questions re IRA RMDs

I've collected IRA since age 71 and this year the program started asking more questions about taking Required Minimum Distribution. Previously, I said "Yes" and program went on to next topic. Now, It took me down a rabbit hole of questions and wanted to charge a $900 fee for taking more than the minimum---which I'm allowed to do. I had to fudge some answers to get rid of the fee. I'll be taking business elsewhere next year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
