I bought this program thru AMZ. I could not download the program from H&R . Contacted AMZ 3 times and H&R 4 times. Finely got it but was sent direct by H&R. When I tried to send my taxes return to IRS the program again would not work and contacted H&R again. I was given a new Access code. That code was the 5th. for that tax program. H&R has some work to do as this was a repeat of 2023 taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I first downloaded the software for some reason I got the "online" version. I have been using your software for 10 yrs & the online version sinks. After talking to one of your helpers he gave me desktop or laptop but I had to reload all my data & my taxes were lower.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
