Far better and easier to navigate than Turbo Tax.

I switched from turbo tax because they changed things around and made it even more complicated than it already was. I found your product much easier and with more help if I needed any.
My only complaint is that I found it a little confusing to enter my W2 as I am disabled and retired, so I can't enter my W2 as standard income.
Maybe if your product asked if the user is retired or disabled, then take the user to the exact section for entering their W2.

H&R Block manages to make an unwelcome task dripping with drudgery into a somewhat easier task. They remove some, not all, of the drudgery. The way the program carefully walks me, an old guy, through the process and provides explanations for questions I have is greatly appreciated.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

I have used h&r tax software for many years now and it’s the only one I’ve ever used so I can’t really compare it to others. I can say that it makes it easier than doing it without any help. I like the suggestions, cautions and warnings that it gives when something needs to be addressed. It does what I need it to do.
