I've used this software since 2003 and for the first time hit some sort of bug. For almost one hour the tech person was trying to figure out the problem to no avail. She finally asked someone else for help. It was suggested I quit the program and start again. That fixed the problem. Your technical people should be better trained. Once working, the program was great as always.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this software for the past 8 years. Overall, the interview process is easy to use. I have encountered two issues however. 1) the software does not recognize QCD distributions from inherited IRA's even though the IRS allows this. 2) the interview does not provide a question to allow adding an IP-PIN number to the 1040 return. (the software, in fact, does have a process to do this, but it is difficult to locate.)

I've told you many times a big problem I have with part of you software including a long conversation with one of your excellent support people this year but you never correct the problem. Very irritating.

Had this software for years. It still works fine, easy to use. It used additional forms that I would never have thought I needed.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using your software for many years, and it is great. For 2024 I found the instructions for the IRA MRD very confusing. I had to go back to it a few times before getting the right results.
