Multiple year user. IMHO the easiest to use and most comprehensive tax package out there. Once I have my input data prepped it usually only takes me 20-30 mins to complete the tax prep and I have confidence in the results. E-filing is straight forward and efficient. This year, filing in mid-march, I got my refund 3 days after filing, and I've never had a submission questioned or returned.

Taxes already filed and acceptable by my "friends" at the IRS. Easy to transfer entries from last year's return and also to download financial information from my broker.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

This is my favorite tax software. I never use anything else. Anything I need explained is explained fully.
With the basic version I bought this year, electronic filing was included at no charge.
I had never filed electronically because of the charge for doing so but I've also never got my refund so fast. It was less than a week instead of months.
