We were disappointed that the purchased software did not come with as much tax preparation support as your downloaded product had. Also, your program did not allow us to complete our taxes as we were instructed to by our tax accountant.

I have used this for appx 7-8 years but have found some issues with transitioning old returns into a new software at times. Corrupt files after they were submitted fine in the year prior. Makes it a bit difficult.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Trustworthy, Easy to use But

I have used the software for a number of years and if you are just filing federal it is great, but the costs and process for preparing and filing state is very annoying. You need to pay an extra considerable fee to prepare a state return and then you need to pull out your credit card AGAIN to pay another fee to electronically file it. Please just bundle it all into a single payment.
Pros: Maximizes refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
